Turning on a Nintendo DSi and Satellite Laptop in Portugal?

I think it's 220 in Portugal and I do not know what tools you will need blood. I need more information and locations. I searched for 20 minutes and still do not know what I should ask. I need help. The power cord (if you want to call it well) for my dsi is two points and grounder. My laptop has two fronts and has a groundout.

What about travelers with a power adapter? some can be used worldwide. get at the source, Circuit City or similar stores.
