How I can arrange a headphone / microphone jack?

I can only hear one side of the ear and is driving me crazy the plug has three rings (left, right, and microphone) How can I can fix this?

Get a new one. It is not expensive. I suggested that because if that is the case, it is most likely permanent. I hope I helped.
